HOW TO ARRIVE BY TRAIN
The most convenient train station to get to Garda Veneto is Peschiera del Garda, on the Milano-Venezia line. From there, you can take an ATV bus (Verona Transport Company: www.atv.verona.it) to get to the town of your choice.
As an alternative, you can get off at the Verona Porta Nuova train station. From there the trains to Peschiera del Garda leave regularly, or you can take a bus to the various towns (www.atv.verona.it)!
HOW TO ARRIVE BY BUS
If you get to Verona, Garda is easy to reach using the suburban public ATV buses (Azienda Trasporti Verona – Verona Transport Company). You can buy tickets at the tobacconist and some tourist information offices. In the summer these bus routes are intensified, and link Verona to Garda going through Peschiera del Garda, Lazise and Bardolino. From Garda, other bus routes go on to Brenzone sul Garda, Malcesine and Riva del Garda.
There are also many bus routes that link Lake Garda’s inland area directly to the towns on the lakefront (info here)
